Professor Andrei was born in Parma in 1962. He graduated in Economics and Business at the University of Parma in 1987 and he became university researcher in Business Administration in 1991 (University of Parma) and associate Professor in 1998 (University of Macerata). Since 2001 he is Professor of Business Economics at the University of Parma and from 1^st November, 2017, he is Chancellor of the University of Parma.
Prof. Andrei was Pro Chancellor for Teaching at the University of Parma (2003-2010) and Vice-Headmaster of the Faculty of Economics (2002-2006); President of the Fondazione Cariparma (November 2013-October 2017); President of Associazione regionale delle Fondazioni di origine bancaria dell’Emilia-Romagna (Novembre 2015 – October 2017): President of the Accademia Italiana di Economia Aziendale (2015-2017).
He is author of over 100 scientific publications both nationally and internationally, and he is member of the Scientific Board of several journals specialized in accountig, Business Management and Economics. His research focuses on matters pertaining to finnancial communication, with reference to the Italian and international context.
